dc.descriptionThe article examines the complex and multifaceted impact of globalization processes on the implementation of the social dimension of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Globalization, as a powerful driving force in the modern world, is reshaping the conditions for social development, generating both new opportunities and serious challenges. The study analyzes the positive aspects of globalization, including improved access to quality education, the development of social infrastructure through international investment, the intensification of intercultural exchange, and the strengthening of global solidarity. At the same time, attention is drawn to the associated risks, such as increasing social inequality, labor market instability, threats to local cultures, and the risk of cultural homogenization. The aim of the study is to provide a comprehensive assessment of the impact of globalization on the social aspects of the SDGs and to analyze the role of national governments, international organizations, and civil society in ensuring socially oriented sustainable development. Special attention is paid to the case of Ukraine as a country simultaneously facing the consequences of globalization, armed conflict, and internal social transformations. In this context, the dynamics of educational accessibility, the scale of international humanitarian aid, and the role of foreign investment in the social sphere are examined. Based on the research, it is concluded that globalization is not a univocal phenomenon: without effective regulation by the state and the international community, it may exacerbate social problems, particularly the vulnerability of certain population groups. A number of recommendations are proposed to enhance coordination across all levels of governance, integrate principles of social justice into sustainable development policies, and promote human capital development and the preservation of cultural diversity as fundamental elements of social resilience in a globalized world.en_US
dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджено складний та багатогранний вплив глобалізаційних процесів на реалізацію соціальної складової Цілей сталого розвитку (ЦСР). Глобалізація, як потужна рушійна сила сучасного світу, формує нові умови соціального розвитку, зумовлюючи як нові можливості, так і серйозні виклики. У роботі проаналізовано позитивні аспекти глобалізації, зокрема покращення доступу до якісної освіти, розвиток соціальної інфраструктури за рахунок міжнародних інвестицій, зростання міжкультурної взаємодії та посилення глобальної солідарності. Водночас акцентовано увагу на ризиках, серед яких – посилення соціальної нерівності, нестабільність на ринку праці, виклики для локальних культур та загроза культурної уніфікації. Метою дослідження є комплексна оцінка впливу глобалізації на соціальні аспекти ЦСР та аналіз ролі національних держав, міжнародних організацій і громадянського суспільства у забезпеченні соціально орієнтованого сталого розвитку. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу ситуації в Україні як країні, що одночасно стикається з наслідками глобалізації, збройного конфлікту та внутрішніх соціальних трансформацій. У цьому контексті розглянуто динаміку освітньої доступності, обсяги міжнародної гуманітарної допомоги, а також роль іноземних інвестицій у соціальну сферу. На основі дослідження зроблено висновок, що глобалізація не є однозначним явищем: без ефективного регулювання з боку держави та міжнародної спільноти вона може сприяти загостренню соціальних проблем, зокрема вразливості певних груп населення. Запропоновано низку рекомендацій, спрямованих на посилення координації між усіма рівнями управління, інтеграцію принципів соціальної справедливості у політику сталого розвитку, а також підтримку людського капіталу і збереження культурного різноманіття як базових елементів соціальної стійкості в умовах глобалізованого світу.uk_UA
